Avoid - no customer support
Started well so decided to subscribe for 5 users. VPN does run slow but acceptable for price however recently the apps & websites I subscribed for will no longer run - messages such as no network connection. Tried a free alternative VPN provider & all worked fine. Tried to get help from Surfeasy - no response & support page won’t even load. Will be cancelling subscription & don’t recommend you subscribe as clearly no support when things go wrong.Show lessGamegirlywirly
Unstable - blocks internet- crashes
Do not buy this app. I initially used the free one and did not experience any issues. I paid for the yearly subscription and immediately started seeing issues. These included: 1) failures to establish vpn 2) vpn became stale and blocked all internet 3) had to constantly turn on and off the vpn to get connectivity flowing again 4) crazy latency in all devices. Do yourself a favor and save the money. This development team is a joke and when you submit tickets you get no resolution and no real help. I’m not interested in QA’ing their product. Extremely poor customer response and functionality
I’ve been using this vpn for over one year but recently have had very annoying functionality. Since Apple upgraded to version 11 my IPad constantly drops connection with the internet. I have to go into settings and using the slider to ‘wake’ up the vpn to force the connection on. This can be over 20 times per day. I’ve contacted Surfeasy twice about this with no response at both the onset of the problem and only yesterday. Clearly they are uninterested or incapable of rectifying the incompatibility of Surfeasy with version 11 of IOS. In between I’ve had BT check the internet connection twice and it has been optimized. I’ve changed my router and have tested all other possible alternative explanations. I’ve turned it off and there’s been no more disconnections. It is extremely frustrating to have such a compromise of functionality without any potential solution. So as I indicated To Surfeasy in my request for assistance yesterday I’m off to another vpn and I recommend that you steer clear unless you won’t be using this on an iPad.Show lessTell Tel

Very Good app but slows down internet speed
I am very happy with the app, however I have found that when I use the app my internet speed is drastically reduced to the extent where I cannot watch video streaming.Will0642
One of the better VPNs I've used
I'm frequently out of the states, so I use this VPN to view my home sites that are blocked in other countries. Works really well. 4 stars because sometimes it's a bit slow and my data gets used up while downloading or bringing up certain pages.Cheetara6
