Absolute joke you order a taxi and 5 mins before ur expecting it they ring you to say they’ve no car but take your money then you have to wait for a refund because they’ve already taken your money disgusting

What a disaster of an app, spent an hour to find it cos cars is spelt with a 'z' then doesnt work properly. I think the phrase 'power wait an hour' sums up the service perfectly. DISASTER. Thank you and goodnight. Eccleshill fc
