Problem with the app
It just work for few days and after that getting problems
Always sined out and need to reassign again and again ohh I am tried with this app

Better load boards out their.
Just jumped thru all the hoops to get signed on and get into the app to find out it’s trash junk. Way better load boards out with way better freight and higher paying loads.
Very disappointed in the whole thing plus I can never get back all the time waisted. I get more loads from 123 load board with way better pay.
The app will only let me search in my area only. They need to change that because I’m in a dead zone with not much moving. But I can’t check the near by cities for loads so to me it’s a junk app. Going to get rid of it and use others.
Stay away from cheap freight guys. It’s the only way to get the rates brought up to a livable wage. Good luck and God bless.Show lessdang it!

This is my first time working with Coyote what I mean is using the app the app itself is not bad it’s pretty straightforward, however, may be because the company has recently sold and there is not that much help available. It is really hard to get a hold of staff that can help you since a person is new I think maybe booking their first load together would be a good idea, also, I have requested customer care to help me login or simply answer some of the concerns or questions I have I just get email back saying your case has been closed. For a big logistic company. Staff support is very low.Show less$hoes
Easy to book, Loads , and transparent
I believe one of the best app to book Loads, and clearly mention the facilities address so that you can check how to get in and outashkumdogr
Close to perfect
Everything was great until the option to set specific date(s) in “Smart Matches” was removed in the last update making it not so smart. Hopefully that option will be added again, soon.singhsation

Its good app, the only one thing for now to improve we need option like ask a question or something like that bcos when there is a load out trailers for power only posted, brokers don’t bother themselves to put some info like what kind of trailer ? Swing door or roll ups or some other questions may you have and needed to get answers bfore you book or bit on a load.Show lessbahabobo

Absolutely Junk
Per broker you must use this app although they don’t they call you all hours of the night because this app never works and if you try to say something to them on the phone you either get hung up on or belittled to the point of shame by their so called professional customer service reps or specialist as they call them lol idiots truthfully.Show lessJoe Joe 104563454
