Has a few bugs
I’ve had some success on this app but recently I’ve been having glitches. The last survey I took completely froze and would not let me proceed forward. The first thing I did was reboot my phone and redownload the app I did this 2 times before I emailed customer support. In the email I stated the survey I was taking kept freezing and wouldn’t let me proceed even after reinstalling the app twice. The reply I got back was to try and reinstall the app and contact them again if it didn’t work which lead me to believe they didn’t read my email or this is a default reply to every issue because I stated I had already deleted and reinstalled the app twice. So I did it a third time and the survey is still frozen and will not let me proceed when I hit Start Task.Show lessindymsmith
Fast payout but rarely surveys
I love the payout I think it’s fast and accurate. But in terms of actually making that money is a huge hit or miss. I’ve been checking this app more than my email and I don’t get any new questions for video response please please generate more questions! I’ve answered almost everything I can but they refuse to give me more questions to answer. I had a few new ones that I decided to complete the next day since I was tired and they were all gone!?!?? I hate that so much oh and the inBrain surveys don’t even try it. 45 minute survey for .20 cents... Some of those are worse because they WILL kick you out of the survey even if you’ve spent 20 mins on it! I’d rather know I’m not qualified BEFORE rather than kicking me out mid survey wasting time and only getting 2 cents. 2 cents for their inBrain surveys is such an injustice but I love the idea of the app and the payout is so worth it… but the generating of surveys are soooo bad. I don’t know if it’s an app glitch but it has to be fixed never having any questions to answer like what’s the point. Why is this app on my phone when I cannot answer questions!Show lessluvyouuuii
Decent….at first…
When I first downloaded the app, I was given plenty of video survey opportunities. I made about 30 bucks in 2 weeks. However, after the 2 weeks, I barely get ANY video survey opportunities. I’m on the highest tier of the non-video surveys, but it’s pretty ridiculous to reward someone 14 cents for a 27 minute survey. Also, the app can be pretty buggy. All that being said, it’s seemingly better than other survey apps. But why not reward their loyal users with more video survey opportunities, not less?Show lessKat0604
Transaction error
I have been on this app for only a week, at first everything was fine, the surveys were easy and I got paid over 10 dollars (the minimum to cash out) in the span of a few days. It seemed to good to be true but I was able to cash out the money successfully. Now that I knew it wasn’t a scam I tried to do surveys anytime I could, I’d stay up later or wake up earlier to check if I had a survey since I knew they were sort of inconsistent. Some days I got a lot of surveys and now my balance is 23 dollars. A few days ago I tried to cash out and It was taking a lot longer than usual, the first time I cashed out it only took 45 minutes to go through but this time It never did. I’ve emailed and contacted support through the app and haven’t gotten a response. This worries me because I treated this app like a side job. Although it is easy, I spent alot of time doing surveys and I did a lot of them. I would appreciate a response or an explanation, I am not sure if my paypal is the problem because it worked the first time but I’m awfully confused.Show lesselkieoklys
I love this app, but need to fix survey issues!
I love this app. I’ve had it for a week and have done really well. It’s really great to make some extra money.
My only issue though is the app has a lot of survey loading issues and with the questions. I’ll get a survey, or see the notification come through that I qualify, and the moment I go to it, says the survey expired or it disappeared when I catch the notification within seconds. Tonight I had a seven part survey and started it and booted me out and never loaded. I have missed out on a lot of money from these issues and it’s quite frustrating
Please fix surveys disappearing when we are rewarded them. It’s crazy to me I’ll answer questions and receive a survey, and it expired the moment I get it. How? That doesn’t make sense.Show lessMhickman6001
App problems
I’ve had this app for a month at least and it’s been great up till today I open the ap everything is fine but as soon as I open where the surveys are the entire app closes itself I’ve atturned my phone off n on and checked to see if the app needs updated but no it’s not showing it does so what’s going on I love this app I’ve made 20$ so far and I want to keep the app but if it keeps doing this I won’tShow lessRosesnrainbows

The app is dope and easy. So far I’ve earned about $30 within 2 weeks.
Update: I’ve had this app for about 2 months and earned about $85 bucks in total. Definitely worth it if you have the spare time to make some cash on the side. Honestly you can’t go wrong with it. While you may get a few cents to a $1 per vid, the more you do, the higher paying surveys you can get but just remember to be as detailed as possible within videos. An app that follows through with its promises for sure 💯👍
Recommendations: Give more surveys daily. I know there are businesses looking for opinions so there should be more opportunities available more often. Additionally, when qualifying for a survey, don’t get rid of the survey so fast. A person may be busy with their life and can’t be on the app all day. Give a person a full-day to complete their surveys or a realistic time-period. My boyfriend had about 7 different surveys that could’ve earned him 80 bucks in one day but he was at work and once he checked his phone, you guys removed the surveys and said they were no longer available.Show lessBvcxdtuiopigcddsaq
Legit just slow feedback and lack of surveys
Why does the app always crash and have glitches, barely surveys? And the support team takes days to respond. Also, I can never login, which forced me to create a new account, I submitted a ticket and y’all closed my new account? The app always says connection error request or no email for my account. I’m so confused. There is no excuse and if there wasn’t issues with my first account I wouldn’t had to make a second account also still waiting on cash out from both then I’ll delete my accounts for good, always issuesShow lessstopdeletingmyaccoints

The app is dope and easy. So far I’ve earned about $30 within 2 weeks. I think there are bad glitches in the app where I submit a video and they’ll say I didn’t show my face, but I show my face and shoulders every time and follow the list of questions/rules accordingly. There were videos that were rejected without reasoning, they just give you tips to improve. Lastly, the app signs you out a lot.Show lessAmazing app!!!
This app is amazing if he’s you very well and on time the only downfall is sometimes you have to wait like 2 to 3 days to get service but besides that it’s very well worth it I’ve already cashed out over $200 on it and less than a month.cndjxjf
