The app is crashing since its update.
Voxpopme was so good until it was updated to influence. After answering survey questions, I can no longer record videos because nothing really appears. The “back to questions “ tab does not work. When I press on the “x” sign at the top left, I no longer get access to videos. I haven’t recorded in about a week now and I am getting worried. I need help please and is anyone else facing this same challenge?Show lessRashidaa.
Great app
Overall I give this app five stars it’s actually a great app I’ve used it for a few months now I’ve cashed out a couple of times I like the fact that you make a little videos and get to explain different things about different products and different things!!GinnyLynne34
Great idea, but has some significant problems
I’d heed the more critical reviews on here. It’s a great idea for an app and I started off with a lot of opportunities. It’s got a really simple and clean interface and they’ll approve your videos for compensations within a matter of minutes which is nice. Besides a pretty slow upload time, it was still alright and easy change money that was adding up. I started getting frequent “New Survey” notifications, which I was liking, but the screen is *almost always* blank when I click on it. Maybe the surveys had reached their limit, but the notification will stay there unlike a video response notification that will go away once the opportunity is filled/done. Usually they’ll pop up, but it’s after clicking back and forth and waiting several times. Other times, it never shows up.
Recently, it’s also been logging me out almost every time I close out of the app, so I’ve stopped getting alerts all together, which makes it pretty hard to record a response before the limits reached for that Q.
I’ve reached out to customer service three times, just letting them know of these small bugs for future updates as I really did like the app! Never got a response, and the issues are just more frequent.Show lesshalieb12
Earn money in your spare time
I think this is a useful app for those who want to make spare money during their free time. Most surveys are fun and I enjoy the app so far. Please send more to earn because during the pandemic, we really look forward to earning some good spare money.Boopthang
Great for extra cash
I’ve been using this app on and off for about 3-4 years. It starts off a little slow with getting questions. However, once you’ve established yourself they come much quicker. The only catch would be to make sure you can answer often as spaces can fill up before you answer. Question amounts vary depending on what is being asked. The amounts do add up fairly quickly for what you have to do. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for extra spending cash for say gas, or building a savings account.Show lessNeice Ruiz
Game changer!
Taking a survey has never been so easy, this has been the most innovative experience in taking surveys I have ever participated in! The task are very simple and clear-cut; that goes for the rules as well. They’re not too hard to understand and compensate for my time on their app. I feel like this has been my favorite experience so far.

Can’t get paid When signed in with apple
I signed in with Apple because I wanted not to share my last name and share my email address with this company. But when I try to cash out I don’t receive my payment in my PayPal account and don’t receive the email that is sent out after I request my payment. When I try to change my email address in my account so I can get paid. I get a message that says. We were unable to update your profile on this occasion. Please check your network connection and try again. There is nothing wrong with my network connection. I just want to get paid. Please fix this.Show lessIsaacsac
The best survey app hands down.
I write the same thing every time. If you want actual side income off of one survey app this is the one that will do it for you. I actively participate when surveys are available and I have definitely notice a decent uptick in some additional money earned from this app alone. (I’ve tried A LOT of income earning apps). Voxpopme is the best hands down for the time spent and return you get out of it.
My advice to newcomers is you may not see a lot of paid video surveys right off the bat, but don’t worry. Keep at it and once you’re seen as a good user the paid ones will come piling in and you’ll agree with me this is the best paid app out there!Show lessBob Sandusky69
Great fun way to make some extra cash!
I love this app! It actually pays you through PayPal almost as soon as you cash out at 15$. I have always been paid sometimes it may take a day or two and sometimes a few hours. This is one of the legit apps that actually work and it’s fun!thusk01
Love and hate relationship
I love this app but it is definitely in need of a upgrade
1. I’m not aware of when I have new questions available to me. I have to literally check the app every 5 minutes just so I’m aware of a new question smh.
2. Why tell me that I have a survey available then when I open the app to take said survey nothing is there?
Please work on notifying me of when my survey questions were approved and it’s time to record
Also notify me of when it’s time to record a new video response so I don’t have to keep checking the app constantly.
I’m experiencing these problems on my iPhone and yes I tried logging out and logging back in as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has changed.Show lessUnknown person .
