App keeps crashing after I try to sign in. Cant access my cameras now

Junk app good camera

Try to add camera to my wife’s phone now my phone is not hooking up to the camera so the camera is not working after working about two years. Call tech-support 45 minutes texting back-and-forth still not working junk. Junk very bad app Camera was very good

TENVIS cam
TENVIS app
and the two will not talk to each other.

It seems a reasonable cam, but the software feels like it was written by a 6 year old. Clumsy, and non responsive.
