Absolutely awful!
Tried to order and coupon code didn’t work. Called back and Anna was wonderful even though I wasn’t.
Still couldn’t order. Called back and guy said it wasn’t working. Have loved Cassano since 1970 and know that Skip and Vic are BOTH over the appVacation planner

Can’t enter my phone number for rewards
The app won’t accept the last digit of my phone number to register for rewards. Then it crashes and I can’t get out of that page.somervilleohio
Terrible absolutely terrible
My favorite pizza but their app is terrible! When you can get it to work, it’s slow but most the time it’s just times out. Then to make matters worse you get directed to a Cassano’s Pizza nationwide call center to order a pizza that you’re going to pick up at the store right up the street.
The technology of this app is terrible and the only reason I put up with it it’s because it’s my favorite pizza.Show lessdjohnson2052
IT Issue
I placed my order, or I thought that I had, but app was stuck. I wasn’t able to finalize an order, update or delete the app.Chamberlainch
Won’t enroll for promotions
No matter how many times I click to opt in for promotions it won’t register. This is on my iPhone 14
The app also gets hung up a lot. Very frustrating to use. Can’t find deals or a place for coupon codes.
Much easier to just use the next pizza app.

There are too many things wrong with this app to list here. Feels like an untested beta that was pushed out the door by executive demand, thinking that it’s better to have an app where it’s not possible to place an order (seriously) than no app at all.Reebert
