Very amateurish
You can’t leave a tip via the app when you order so you have to have cash on hand to tip a driver. They also don’t track inventory in the local store so on multiple occasions I’ve ordered something and later received a call that it couldn’t be made.Riffyosis
Order Won’t Go Through
Same thing happened to me. After entering my personal info, it came up with an error. I had to go to their website anyway. That’s a pretty drastic error and makes it useless. I’d definitely use it if it worked right.Raven300
App Doesn’t Accept Contact Info
There comes a point when the app asks for your name, phone number and email address. Once you enter it in it says the information is not valid. No excuse why what’s wrong. Very frustrating.BigSchay

I am glad Cassanos is finally getting with technology. I have only used the app twice. It is, however, clunky to use with respect to ingredients. I edited the order multiple times to get the ingredients I wanted. Which was really remove two ingredients. I verified, before placing, the order on the screen. I picked up my order and went home. I had ordered a sub and once starting to eat it discovered that both ingredients I removed were on it. I looked at the receipt and it was showing to include both ingredients I had removed. Verify before leaving the store that you actually got what you ordered on the app. Thankfully, I simply don’t like the two ingredients I wanted left off. It’s not like I would end up in the hospital due to being allergic to them.Show lessCulturally Offended

Odd, with a pretty fatal flaw
The “wizard” method of walking through choices isn’t a good way to go. Also, if you select Pick-up and then try to select a date or time, the controls don’t work. That’s a non-starter. The pre-fills while creating an account are also wonky. This app needs work.DaveHCombs
Great food but…
This app needs to make the ingredients VERY clear when ordering. There was a crucial miscommunication in my order. I don’t want to argue with anyone working so hard to make delicious food. It’s just an expensive splurge for my family and we live 30 minutes away so my hope is to clarify orders in the future. I’ll just use the call center in the future.Show lessdaris29
