No Go App
The device won’t connect to my phone by Bluetooth or any other method. It starts to give instruction but it never completes. It just does not work. Waste of money don’t buy this. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star because it won’t link but it won’t let me confirm unless I rate but you need to know it’s a sh.t. App.

Worthless
Bought 2 of these. I should have used the money to buy a bottle of scotch instead. The app is useless. It will connect to neither WiFi or Bluetooth. Frustrating as I’d like to have a small camera that functions as this is advertised, but this product is not it. Do not waste your money.
App & camera not working
App tries to sell another app. It doesn’t work and doesn’t install the camera. It’s wasting time and money. Never use it.
Useless scam
Don’t even bother with these cameras. They do not even connect to the internet and do not charge and hold a charge properly. These are a scam and total waste of time. They do not even have a contact phone number or customer support. They have a fake address hope to a residence and Chicago, which is for sale. Lol.

The app works fine, it could have all the advertisements removed.
I was able to place a camera, power it up and connected to my home Wi-Fi. This app made it all simple to do.
The only problem I’m experiencing is the quality of video, but that is not the app’s fault it’s the china quality camera I decided to use.

Does Not Work
I’ve tried several times to get this camera to work. The app isn’t helpful at all. Won’t connect. I’ve had others similar to this without any problems. I’m pretty good setting things up but this was not the case here. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving it. I’m sorry to anyone else who has bought this camera. Zero customer service. Zero response from developers. Just makes you think they want nothing but your money.

App needs a lot of improvements
The app actually lacks a lot of options, especially phone notifications when triggering an alarm and a way to upgrade the firmware. It needs also to save positions presets as seen in your sister app ftycampro. Btw, the latter app doesn’t log on 4g/5g phone connection and can only used on local wifi, which render your cam product useless, especially without the push notifications.

U get what u pay for ig
I ordered my cam from tik tok for a fairly low price. At first it was complicated to connect once I figured it out it was doing ok at first but now it’s doing very poorly at staying connected. The app freezes up and the camera will be offline or “timeout”. I not cannot get it to work to even adjust camera or anything.

Waste of money and time!
Doesn’t install and if it’s showing a camera then the message is: connection overload. Can’t use either of these 2 cameras. Purchased 2 cameras, but can’t install them 🥺. Don’t recommend!
