Amazing customer Service
As an upcoming brokerage, I greatly appreciate the energy the Fennel staff are putting into interacting with their customer base. Any issue or question I’ve had is usually addressed within 24 hours. The UI is unique from their competitors and easy on the eyes. The biggest feature I would like to see added is multiple account support, but I here it is coming!

Beautiful app and a great start!
Fennel is a great app that makes investing extremely easy. Eric also keeps you up to date with what’s happening with your holdings and is super transparent about things. The one thing that could be improved is adding the ability to open multiple accounts under one login
Great brokerage, Amazing Customer Service
These guys has some of the best customer service in the game. They respond very quickly compared to other brokers, and they provide you legitimate answers to your questions.
The app is really good, even compared to the large brokerages. It’s so fast and smooth and doesn’t really crash at all. The UI layout is really well thought out as well.
Fennel is really delivering amazingly, on all levels. I am excited to see what they grow in to when they expand their customer base and have more money to expand and improve their offerings and features

Great investing app with excellent customer service
I enjoy all the info about ESG stocks, and I really like their customer service. Any time I’ve ever had a question or an issue, fennel is quick to respond. Hope they’ll add additional account types like IRAs one day.
