Worst app
Scam app. No info that’s described on Insta. No one answered questions asked on line. Dont doo ok it. Really bad. Just a fasting clock.

Didn’t think it would work
Got to be honest I was skeptic so I thought I’d give it a go thought I would struggle as I do like my food , couldn’t believe how easy I found it , the weight fell off I find I have more energy and sleeping much better , I tried loads of diets in the past that never really worked but this fasting really works .. 2 thumbs up and would highly recommend it

Disappointed in App
There is nothing to connect to for help with anything. The chat feature doesn’t work at all.

Very disappointed in this app.

Would like a refund but don’t know how to go about it.

I just ran into this app not too long ago while looking into other weight loss programs. Honestly, haven’t heard much about intermittent fasting before but decided to give it a shot and it worked! I have lost 15 lbs in less than a month because it not only provides a fasting scheduler but also gives advice from a fitness coach. It’s nice to have someone professional who can guide you all the way through. My body fat slowly but steadily has been melting away. This fasting app has been very effective and convenient for me so far.
