The app's primary function is fasting, which I acknowledge as an effective method for weight loss. However, I personally do not prefer fasting, and having to choose this option was not ideal for me. Additionally, the lock screen feature was something I disliked, as it felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive.
I initially expected the app to offer wellness care functions specifically related to pregnancy, nursing, and menstruation. While menopause and menstruation are included in the app as informational knowledge, I believe these topics should be expanded into functional features to provide more comprehensive support.
Despite these points, I highly recommend the Loasta app to anyone looking to lose weight and improve their fitness. The app not only aids in getting into good shape but also includes a wealth of wellness knowledge that is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
