Mobile ordering
I ordered here all the time and I usually don’t ever have any issues. I went with. It was very busy in the morning. I had to use my mobile app. I walked in. There was a line. It was my turn. I said that I had ordered the app. The lady just looked at it. I don’t know. I don’t have your order. To three other people in front of me. When was finally my turn AGAIN. It only took two seconds for her to push my name in the computer and find my order. I don’t understand why that wasn’t done the first time when it was my initial turn in line.Disappointed
I placed an order through the app. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pick it up. I couldn’t cancel the order & they still charged me.
