  • Mobile ordering

    I ordered here all the time and I usually don’t ever have any issues. I went with. It was very busy in the morning. I had to use my mobile app. I walked in. There was a line. It was my turn. I said that I had ordered the app. The lady just looked at it. I don’t know. I don’t have your order. To three other people in front of me. When was finally my turn AGAIN. It only took two seconds for her to push my name in the computer and find my order. I don’t understand why that wasn’t done the first time when it was my initial turn in line.
  • Disappointed

    I placed an order through the app. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pick it up. I couldn’t cancel the order & they still charged me.
    There needs to be a way to cancel your order.
  • Rewards points

    So I've been using the Shipleys app for months now & I just realized the app
    Is glitched I haven't been earning the right amount of points for my orders. Another issue is it doesn't even show you an option to redeem these points. If there's
    Support for this app, please help!!!
  • Store closed but app took my order and payment.

    I place an order trough the app during regular business hours. When I got to the store, it was closed. I tried canceling through the app, but they took my payment. I called their customer service number multiple times and they have not reached out or a refund. I don’t think the app should be able to take orders or payments if the store is closed.
  • Service fee??

    Well, I guess I won’t be using the app again. I ordered four donuts on the app and they added $.75 as a service fee. Why would you do that?
  • Rewards missing

    I’ve only order through the app twice but when it’s free promos happening they don’t appear on the app. I’ve tried everything & it seems to not work
  • A Service Fee with each order—forget it

    I was excited about this App, but my first order had a $0.75 service fee! Basically I was paying for another donut and other food Apps don’t include this fee, such as the Kolache Factory, therefore I killed my online order.
    Too bad, I’ve been a customer over 40 years and I be enjoyed rewards from other food Apps, but giving up on this one.
  • Rewards are listed but wont apply at any store

    I downloaded this app because of the free kolache with any purchase reward but never could get it to apply at over 15 stores in Houston, Lubbock, McAllen, or even in Louisiana. Now the same issue with the free Oreo donut with any purchase. I see the reward listed in my account, but when I go to checkout in the app or even in the store no one can make the reward work. It’s extremely frustrating especially since they email me reminding me to use the reward. Ugh! Zero stars since this is making me want to go elsewhere for donuts.
  • Charges you fees for every order

    I wanted to like the app since I love Shipleys, but they charge you like $2 every time you order with the app. What’s the advantage of using the app for the customer if you pay that every time???
  • Pricing problems and items

    I like the app except for a few things. The first thing is that when you order a dozen donuts, you can’t get it for the dozen donut price. It adds them up individually, which is not what would happen if you bought them at the store. The second things is that you can’t even order a donut bowls unless they are the specialty donut holes. I just want the regular kind. Lastly, you cannot use your rewards. When I apply it, it never applies to the order, no matter how much I try it. Other than that, it’s a great app!
