The app was fun, was slow but overall wasn’t bad. Issue is they shut down the servers killing everything with digivice and app, can’t grab missions cant even get the digimon back from

I can’t even see the app it keeps kicking me out and it gets stuck at the loading screen after I click start then kicks me out please fix
Transfer issues
Can you please make sure that we don’t loose our Digimon because I’ve had my vital bracelet for about a week now and I’ve lost two Digimon already once during a transfer to the app and once during a retrieval to my vital bracelet and why is the retrieval process so very difficult it’s mind boggling 🙁😖😫

Everything up to date and this app sits in a loading loop forever. Can’t judge any functionality as it doesn’t function!
Slow and buggy
I didnt have much experience with the previous app, but even beyond the comparison, it’s not very good. Every option takes several seconds to load, feeling unresponsive at times. The battle mechanics are fine if not a touch tedious, but i don't mind doing them. Theres lots of storage for your digimon!…but transferring back and forth is buggy and the instructions are poor. My first digimon just disappeared into the ether when trying to get back to the bracelet (stating successful and them disappearing from the app while the bracelet went from waiting to failed, very salty about that) Really, all the instructions on the app are pretty poor. You don't need a whole lot, but it’d be nice to see more than like, one sentence. Does any type of battle get you win percentages? Is it only when you fight players? What do adventures get you? I’m getting ability changing items and i haven't been told how you even get an ability. Google exists sure but i shouldn't have to look up how your app works, or trial and error it. And it also certainly shouldn't be effectively wiping all my progress while trying to use basic functions. Makes me scared to use it at all.

Servers don’t work and it’s very scummy that Vital bracelets are hitting NA shelves with no app support, making the entire bracelet and DIMs pointless

Lost a few digimon.
While the app works most of the time, there are instances where the app just bugs out/takes long loading times/closes itself on its own.
I’ve lost two max trained digimon so far, and a few dimcard digimon I was trying to transfer. The worst part is that they show up in the codex but are nowhere to be found in the reserves.

Recently bought VB and the app won’t nfc read it both the VB and the phone are brand new as well

Disappointing
App has potential, love to concept of working out and evolving my digimon the faster my heart rate is.
