Terrible
The first app was way better. This app took away or diminished features that were perfectly fine in the earlier app. It fails at the main thing that it was supposed to do, battling. I’ve had this app from launch and have only ever found two battles that weren’t against the computer. Storage is somewhat improved thanks to the recently added adventure feature that gives items, but the multiple long loading screens make it take forever just to move a couple of digimon between the vital bracelet and app. The items do help hasten raising digimon, but it can take half a day or more to get anything before you can see if you even needed the thing in the first place. There is no incentive to collect, no incentive to battle, etc. The only reason I really continue is because I enjoy the franchise. I have a hard time recommending this to anyone in the state it is currently in. I’ve never had a crash or glitch like some, but they could do so much better with this app. It is a huge disappointment.

Several issues and suggestions
Please increase the number of storage slots. I’ve hit my limit after one of the new dims. I still have about 8 old dims still to be completed.
Please allow us to filter stored Digimon by what dim they are on. When you have several of the same Digimon across different dims it’s not that easy to tell what dim they’re from
Please stop stopping my music when ever I use the app Please track adventure mode status.
If I transfer and Digimon to the app it no longer keeps the adventure mode stage I was on
Please sort the load time out when opening the Home Screen. Mine takes a good few minutes to load, so long that my phone tried to go to sleep

I want more
I don’t want to just fight in an arena now that we can carry our Digimon around it would be fun to have a story line in the digital world from every series and have our own created characters with a few cool new Digimon that we can choose from with all the other Digimon and we protect the digital world in and still have all the arena and raising our Digimon on our watches let it have an affect around the world like Pokémon go and allow us to play with the Digimon in its digital home and pet it or whatever while we have it in our phone adding a more optional fun thing after a heavy work out and want to unwind and do have to train all the time or get lucky with an online match and waiting for your Digimon to come from an adventure having your own created Digi destin character carrying the Digimon you raised in real life in game do something other than just this

Unlimited Potential- Minimal Effort
This app is absolutely awful. The loading screens take so long that my phone will often lock itself due to inactivity while I wait. Loading your Digimon to and from the app is an excruciatingly painful process, where the app will often fail for no good reason.
The vital bracelet has absolutely massive potential, but whoever is driving this project either should be fired and replaced by someone who gives half a crap about it, or given a serious kick up the backside to get their act together.

Hoping for a update and better performance
I got the American release of the viral bracelet , called the Vital Hero, a few months ago and loved it since. But upon hearing the original app that was highly praised was shut down, I was sad that I never got to experience it but hoped this app would most likely just be better than the original.
Guess we’re wrong. Very buggy and sluggish. If this app was fast and instant as the first app then I would 100% connect my characters into the device after each new evolution unlocked! But sadly the sluggishness of having to wait on load screens constantly between every single screen tap just pushes that desire away.
I got the new DC characters VHM pack, and this has been out at least for a couple weeks and I am just now using it and I see that the app hasn’t added support for it yet. That’s kind of disappointing when I want to see the tips how to evolve into what character I want.
I am newer in my field of interest into the digimon franchise still, but it’s kind of disappointing even from a newcomers’ perspective that this app still isn’t optimized after being out for so long now.
Please for all of us and all the collectors, we would love to see a great improvement on the app, and I would very much like to connect my new VHM card to the app to save my unlocked characters as well.

Just updated the app. Two days ago. Already didn’t like the new adventure time options. 12 hour and 24 hour are the two options.
Sure I’m getting some new rewards, but no skip timers. None!
After it updated I lost my first digimon during a transfer from the app to the watch. Never ran into this issue before and considered myself lucky.
This app “HAD” some enjoyable features that I’d use such as that 30 minute adventure time I used to use as often as possible, to the 8 hour timer for when I sleep. If not the 10 hour timer.
Now your our digimon that adventure are unusable majority of the day unless you rotate your party members. Not everyone has a ton of dim cards though.
Haven’t tried arena battles yet, since my best digimon are out on adventures for the entire day if not 24 hours unless I feel like it’s worth losing all of the items I COULD HAVE HAD by canceling the journey.
Anyway, the development team did add new things, but ruined the whole experience with those ridiculously long wait times. Hardly used the app as it was, besides for storage. That’s about all it’s good for now.

The app does not work
After I updated it the white loading screen is I see I can’t get in the app
I lost my digimons after transfer to this app
It is a very interesting way to lose your divining when you try to use this app to store divining. First things first, I can no longer transfer digimons from this app to my watch because the connection always fall. I tried ten times of data transfer, failed ten times. Wasted an hour on this stupid transfer. I shouldn’t even transfer my digimons here! Second once I decided to delete this app and rest all it, I connected with my prior Bandai account, then I cannot get into the front page at all. It totally crashes or keep downloading, never ends! Cannot even log in! Congrats for losing 6 digimons! Use with extremely care!

Painful to use
Excessively slow to say the least. I lost my favourite guy transferring Digimon and buttons like the “Send” Digimon are not straight forward to find. They really took a step back from the old Labs app which was perfectly fine, I don’t know why they would introduce something like this and shut down the other one when they already had a fairly functional app.
