Lost everything
Do not use this app. Until we can bind and protect our accounts do not use it. Seriously I was having a good time doing random battles and ran into a player who at first had different Digimon then after had my Digimon and proceeded to hack and erase my phone. This is not a secure app and I am sad to say keep far away. Who ever just hacked me is not gonna stop at me. Bandai please give me back my Digimon I worked so hard to get. Until then this app is unplayable!! I’m beyond disappointed and angry. Wiped my app all because I wanted to do a fight in app. Catch these hackers and ban them from this app.

Lacking
The in ability to link my Bandai account and have access to to all of the work I’ve already completed is unacceptable. I will continue to use the VB Lab.
Thief
Trying to transfer my Wargreymon onto the app made him disappear completely when he only had a few hours left before digivolving. I can’t believe something this buggy was released.
Can’t transfer Digimon back
I’m not sure what the issue is, but I can’t get the app to only transfer 1 digimon I get an error every time. I’m not sure if it is because 2 are loaded in the two spots, but I for now have loss 1 of the digimon and then there are the two that were original with the app but I can’t delete them. Until it’s fixed I’m using VB lab, so I’m hoping it gets fixed before they shut it down.

Why?
No ability to transfer from the other app, and once you transfer every mon manually, it can’t even transfer your digidex progress from before. The other app had storage limitations, and the people who support this product the most are most certainly making many evolutions. How in the WORLD could Bandai think that linking the two apps isn’t necessary? I can’t log in and let this new app know all the evolutions I’ve made? It would be bad enough to have to use two apps from now on, but they’re shutting down the lab one!
So far the app is slow, buggy, and the long hyped “real time battles” basically don’t function. I won one I managed to finish and got *nothing* for it. Why? What’s the point of all of this? This is absolutely abysmal and unforgivable. This needs to be updated asap or I’m going to decide not to jump through hoops to continue to support this.

No special missions
There’s no way to get special missions in the new app which is a shame as the VB itself has a dedicated menu screen for them. Hopefully they fix this issue or add them in soon. Also no Bandai account link in app. Plus no daily log in bonuses. No Home Screen customization from your dims. Never realized how good the old app was until I used this one. Really sad to see them close the old one. The battles are the only reason it’s not a 1 star as they are more involved this time around. Please bring back features from the old app into this one.

No way to transfer data and progress from old app
There is no Bandai Namco linking to transfer all my hundreds of hours of progress on the old app, and because of the lack of support in there no way to manually transfer it all either.
