Lost everything
App wouldn’t open, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall to fix the issue. Now all my DIGIMON are gone. No backups existed even tho I cloud had back of the app but not the content of the app….this app is the worst thing you could have done to the vital brackets. The old app was better.
Should have waited
I wish they would have waited to roll this new lab out until it was a bit more cohesive with the VB’s.
Digimon lost… Not cool.
So I transferred my best Digimon over in hopes of try to rank up. Well now I’m not able to get past the start menu… it’s been over 3 days. You guys need to make a way to transfer Digimon between the two apps so people don’t continue to lose Digimon and you need to add the backup feature immediately.

It feel like an Alpha version
The app has the bare bones to be something great, but overall has regressed from what the old vital bracelet lab app was. No way to get special missions to raise your digimon on old DiMs, as well as no shop, and other features the old app had. Not to mention reports of hackers taking your hard earned digimon away, it’s just crazy. To me this screams lazy design and just a push to make more money. Come on Bandai, care about your fans like we care about your IPS. I have faith that in time we’ll have a really solid application for the BE bracelet and the pst DiMs, but currently, the only perk this app has is unlimited storage.

Lack of features, and bad performance.
I lost all my digimons because someone disconnected from the battle and now the app won’t pass the initial screen.
The new app don’t have special missions, or itens to buy, which announce that the pre BE bracelets will have a big loss, because they depend on this features, also navigate through menus take a lot of time, and the design is really uncomfortable with informations lost throughout the screen.
Conclusion:
I just bought the VV bracelet and this new app made me want to move on from this series. I hope they change this app.

absolute garbage
no way to link BNID, no way to migrate mons or digidex directly from lab app, no special missions, “now loading…” between all screens, and the color scheme is painful to look at (way too bright with no dark mode)… overall this seems to be FAR worse than the lab app. hugely disappointing
Bare bones, full of bugs and a friend got hacked fighting others
Basically the title, the same team who made labs should have made Arena as well. Labs was definitely made with a higher standard, various other people have lost their Digimon/other franchise characters when doing battle against other through the app either by bug or being hacked.
No option to obtain items, no trophy and battle statistics in the app like Labs, no mission menu which radically decreases the fun since there is no missions apart from the pre inbuilt ones in the Vital Bracelets. Don’t get me started on how you lose vitals on your Digimon/characters even if you win a battle in Arena app if you are lucky enough not to lose them.
They should have just kept labs and pushed out an update for it adding the option to switch between the other franchises but no we get this broken piece of garbage.

I’d give this app a good 5 stars but the split with the codex meaning I have to re raise all my digimon again on the be please just merge the codex instead of splitting it between VB BE and VH
Disappointed
They gutted every feature that made the app fun to use with the bracelet. No coins, no missions, no raids. It’s weird to see all the outdated options on the bracelet that no longer apply. I have no idea what Bandai is trying to achieve with alienating most of their fan base. Feels like you bought a burger with all the fixings, then halfway through it they take it back and hand you a cheese sandwich.

If Apple allowed it, this app would be a zero star
Whoever is in charge of this project should be fired. The app is poorly designed and lacks thought from user base perspective. It tries to created a fun battle experience; however, it fails miserably in terms of play style. Particularly, it is a complicated and not fun turn based battle. Furthermore, graphics are just lazy and boring. Even Gameboy games can do a better graphics than this app. All of above can be fixed with updates, but the worst part of the app is, as many have mentioned, the incompatibility with the vital lab app. Why create a new and lower quality app rather than just updating the existing app that is well designed in many fronts? People are here because we love digimon, but it seems Bandai does not care about the fan/user base. If such is the case, then how can we support the franchise?
