Not good at all
I paid for 3 month subscription, I was sent the link, user name and password and NEVER could access the app and the customer service rep keep saying they would fix the problem and did not. Listen to the reviews.

SCAM!!!
I paid $14.99 for a MONTH. Not a subscription. Then was charged 29.99 today, even though there is NOTHING in that cheap app that shows you having a subscription. This app isn’t with a penny - let alone $30!!! Do not even pay for a month. It’s a stupid timer. Period. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I was able!!!!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD !!!!!
This app is a major scam. I tried the free trial. Canceled it and still got charged the $30.00. I had no idea until I checked my bank statements. I did t even have them under my Apple subscriptions which means they still had my card info. I got charged again and still trying to get ahold of customer service and no answer. The phone number always says it's busy which means it probably doesn't exist !!!!

STAY FAR AWAY
I wish I would have read these reviews before I downloaded the trial period. I was looking for something to kickstart a new healthy routine for myself, and was instead given an abundance of stress and bullsh*t from this company. They just want to rip you off and steal your money. I did not realize it would automatically convert over to a reoccurring monthly payment. The minute I realized I had been charged I reached out and they told me it was “too late and they could not issue a refund”. Beware of slimey companies like this. I wouldn’t have minded an extra month with the service as much if the app wasn’t horrible, BUT IT IS HORRIBLE. It’s not even worth the trial period cost. Stay far away from this app and company. Thank goodness PayPal customer support is more helpful than they are.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION
I downloaded the app and then turned around and deleted it because it wasn’t very helpful. A week goes by and I have $29.99 taken out of my account so I emailed the company (which is the only way you can contact them). They finally reply with sorry you signed up for it. Keep in mind they have no way to go and unsubscribe on the app. Once your locked in it’s over even if you don’t use the app.

Awful app
The only things this app offers is a countdown from beginning to end of fast and what happens in each stage of fast. Complete waste of money

How do I cancel this? I cannot find an option to do that. I do not want to renew it, it isn’t quite what I’d thought it be.
Do NOT Downloan
I downloaded and signed up for free trial. After seeing the app for what it is I decided to cancel the subscription. Problem is, they make it extremely difficult. There is no way to cancel subscription from the app. And there is NO information on them anywhere! Their website has been deactivated. I had to change my debit card to get them to stop charging me $30 a month! $30 a month for basically a reminder to drink a glass of water. Stay away!!!
