Awesome

This app reminds of another app i used during quarantine, but much more updated. It has easy to learn combinations, with hiit workouts interwoven. It’s great at home cardio. The fact that all the combos are synced to different genres of music is awesome too.

Boxing

I think when you have videos that have kickboxing basics it should tell you the move like jab cross ect not just rely on watching the video and also you should be able to cast it on the tv. Please please lol

Thanks for your review! We are glad you liked GoHit and found it useful. It is not a video, the character moves according to the rhythm of the workout and depending on the movement. Regarding the information, in each exercise the corresponding text or icons (depending on the exercise) appears below with Jab or Cross. If it does not appear, please write to hello@sierrachica.com as it may be an error.

Great guide for boxing/kickboxing

As an experienced cardio and Muay Thai kickboxer, I must say I’m pleased with the purchase of this app, along with the customer service that I received regarding some questions in it. The app provides you with music through your guided workouts. It has a traditional boxer platform where you do some work, cardio and break to regulate the body. There are a good amount of routines to choose from so if you’re just starting out, no need to worry, there’s something for you. If you’re experienced like me, just incorporate the abundance of combos into your routine or run through them faster. Just remember to switch sides! Hope this helps!
