Terrible
Takes forever to load every single page and defaults the menus to breakfast every time I click on a new week so I have to take several minutes to change the filter once again back to lunch and wait forever for it to load then half the time it kicks me back to the beginning of the month instead of whatever day I was actually on. It took over 10 min just to look at the menu for the first 5 days of school and I literally can’t get past those to the 6th day, it won’t load.

To many issues
I cannot load the lunch menu! Whenever I try to load a different day or switch from breakfast menu to lunch, the app seems to crash and not load. Sometimes it will refresh itself back onto the same day breakfast menu, but most of the time the screen just goes completely black and stays that way. I tried going onto the website instead, and have the same issue of not being able to see the lunch menu. It looks like all I can really do is load money.

This app is the worst
I have tried literally for the past 20 min to even log in. Half the time the login button does not even show. Who wrote this app? Do they even know how to write for iOS? How am I supposed to log in when the login button does not even show??
Slow and need favorite option
This app could be awesome! But it’s incredibly slow and it would be really nice to mark schools as favorites instead of having to go through and search every time. I would also like to be able to print a monthly schedule of the schools lunch menu so I don’t have to search daily.
lousy application, will not let you register
This is a lousy application that will not let you register, and makes it difficult to add money to my child’s account.
Not good
Why our school would stop using something that worked perfectly for this app which has too many issues to count blows my mind. There is zero functionality in this app. No biometrics, functions do not work when trying to delete info, there is no way to make a one time payment, it requires you to save your credit card info, which is totally unacceptable with a company with no proven track record and with limited reviews, the majority of which are 1 out of 5. Talked with customer service via phone and chat. Wasted over an hour of my time and got nothing accomplished! She couldn’t figure it out either why nothing worked, so she sent it on to their tech team to see if they could fix it. STAY AWAY

Awkward app that won’t remember me
First off the app never remembers me and I have to go through several prompts just to log in - please utilize Face ID option! Frustrating that school gives us no other option for lunch payment and then I have to pay a credit card service fee even when using my debit card. Auto pay is not a good option for us as we may need to change payment methods. Transaction history oddly not optimized for mobile use - at least not for my phone - despite requiring mobile app download. I hope I can trust it to keep my students’ lunch accounts loaded in a timely manner. I agree with other reviewer: Titan was a much better app. Both could stand to create a student version that allows them to see menus AND available funds without accessing parent saved payment methods.

App doesn’t work
I tried everything simple. I can’t even log in without it having a blank page. Nothing works! Not worth downloading.

This is the new system the school is using this year. It won’t even let me create an account. I would give it negative stars if I could.
