The hardware (Nanit Pro and Sound & Light) and software both seem very cool so far. Everything seems to work great. It would be awesome to be able to AirPlay our own music to the camera and sound & light). Thanks!

Needs better color choices
Let the user pick from normal white options like soft white, warm white, daylight etc instead or a very inaccurate and hard to use color wheel.
Or let user specify a color by a number/hex. Because I want double tap to make the same color brighter (but a soft white, not any of the built in horrible presets).

In the meantime, please try the soft white color of the preset favorites, or by clicking the top button to turn on a soft warm white. You may adjust the brightness of this warm white by using the back volume buttons or in the app using the volume slider on the controls screen. Spent a fortune for the camera and sound and light and 75% of the time I can’t connect to ether of them.

Terrible piece of equipment
What a ridiculous piece of equipment. I need the app to turn the light and sound on, just to turn it on! And the app keeps disconnecting. Be wise and buy another brand.

Its been working flawlessly. However there is no option to setup the default tab that opens. I want my app to open into favorite right away.

Connectivity problems = feels like you are trolling me on July 4th
Honestly Nanit the amount of times i have connectivity problems with this machine is out of control. I will keep my language G rated but I am super unhappy sitting trying to get my baby asleep on 4th of July when your stupid sound machine loses connectivity and TURNS ITSELF OFF. And will not turn back on again!!! The fireworks are starting and now i have to resettle my baby. I’m honestly super super super annoyed and unhappy with this experience. The design of the app is amazing. I love the sounds, i just need it to work!

Avoid At All Costs - If It Was a Gift Throw It Away
Would you like a cheap hunk of plastic that can’t work as a nightlight, sound machine or clock without WiFi connection and you downloading a terrible app?
Throw it out, cut your losses, buy a regular $5 nightlight and $20 sound machine and be a lot happier.
If this company isn’t dead in 5 years it’s because they’re using their app to sell as much of your data as possible.

So far so good!!
I haven’t had any connection issues, which is the number one concern I had when buying this product. It emits a very bright light and can be turned very low. The app is beautifully designed and I love being able to control the light from my phone for late night nursing. I would love to see an Apple Watch app added so that it’s even easier for me at night. Thank you!!

Rarely Works
The app rarely works when we need it to. We got this sound machine so that we can remotely control it. About 90% of the time we try to use the app, we get an error and an option to troubleshoot (which does nothing). A huge disappointment and waste of money. Would have went with a different sound machine if I knew how terrible the app was!

Mediocre for the price. Few bugs
First off, why would it be a separate app on top of the Nanit app. How inconvenient.
When using the app, the light takes quite some time to sync with the light.
