Address Verification takes too long when setting up a new account
I’ve been waiting over 2weeks for my account to be verified. Can’t make any purchases. I’ve missed out on opportunities that I could have profited from, but I’m stuck waiting. Submitted my id and proof, etc. still waitingGerryLawlerh

After checking out the app, the rates, and the services. Things looked good. I then waited over a week for my approval, got zero responses from customer support, and when 8 days later I finally got approved, I couldn’t buy. “Confirm” button isn’t clickable no matter what I do. I wish they had actual customer support, but it seems this is just a great, feature packed option that is so overwhelmed with a terrible user experience, zero customer serve, and an app that does work.metzger shanta

Approving your personal information
The website told me I was verified and all I had to do was upload proof of address. As I save a pdf of my bank statement they now are saying my identification is waiting to be verifie, even though I had already received an email saying i was complete. Now I have a feeling the verification will take days and I’ll have had to reASŌn to make an account on this platform at all. All around trash app/website/customer support.mcclure_cleoram
Hold on my funds, not able to withdrawal
I lose $25k with this company. As soon as you make a large deposit or build up a sizable portfolio they will restrict trading and ignore your support tickets and emails. Just take a look at their Twitter feed. There is a Reddit group threatening a class action lawsuit. They send you automated support ticket replies instead of someone actually reaching out to address the issue at hand. Can’t trust a company that does that. Also it’s taken weeks to verify my account which at this point shows me this isn’t a viable application to trade on. You want people trading as fast as they can so your company can make money yet I personally know 4 other people still waiting on verification. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. So, I signed up for the service, go through the steps and get to the verification process. They ask for valid ID. Cool. Verifying that was super quick, but then they ask for additional info like proof of address. It states it would be faster to upload a PDF of a bank statement with the same address as what was entered during initial setup. I try that, but it never uploaded. A glitch. The next possible document would be a utility, so I take a pic of that to upload manually, since their PDF uploader wasn’t working correctly. It has now been 3 days without any updates. Try to put in a ticket and you get an automated message. I looked up comments from others with the same issue and some were saying it’s been 30 days without any answer. Just days pending. Too long time to approval
This app has many bugs. This is a warning for you new app users!!!! If you try to buy stocks/crypto and it says error please don’t keep clicking buy because throughout some of those errors it will go through and you will have bought more stock than what you initially were trying to buy. I would also rate Customer service is 1 star because they have not responded back in 3 days. I would honestly try another app or website that sells crypto for the reASŌns I provided above.
