It’s been over two weeks since I made an ACH deposit of $700, and they claimed via email (the only way they communicate) that $300 were not cleared and I needed to deposit that ammount into my USD wallet within a week to remain in good standing, despite the money having cleared my bank account.lankford oconnor
Frustrating
I have been waiting on verification for over 24 hours . I submitted all my paperwork jumped through the hurdles . It doesn’t take that long to go yep real person. I will edit this review once I’m verified and can actually use the app.davidpappasj

I’ve been waiting on basic verification from these clowns for like 2 weeks now. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and almost never hear back. I’ve heard back once and then when I responded with all my information, they just go silent again. I understand that they might be overloaded with volume but this is unacceptable. If I had assets already in my account and needed to access them but couldn’t, I’d be even more furious.Dottie_Cristinee
Took 3 weeks to set up numerous resets
I started the process of becoming verified so I can make purchases and just about a week later I am still pending verification. I was verified through other similar apps within minutes. Unfortunately I still can’t do anything with this app. Hopefully soon it will verify so I can use it.AlonaKerenm

The time it takes to verify identity is unacceptable. Due to this I am unable to fund or use my account. I signed up at numerous other exchanges at the same time and I have been using them for a while already.Roslyn Babb
Awaiting access to buu
I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. Will not link to my bank account to make deposits etc. I’ve talked with other people that have the same problems. Customer service is almost non existent!LoreeEboniex
Trash verification process
This app could be good. But it is their OWN problem that doesn’t allow ACH transfers to your wallet. Then they don’t support users trying to resolve this issue, instead they send an email that effectively states, “not our problem, figure it out.” But that is the sleazy way out because it is their own wonky processes!Neanaun58
Few changes that would make it better
Cool app just a few tweaks I’d like to see:
Opening the app starts with Markets. Fiat Markets. I’d like for my holdings to be the first ones I see when I open the app. Or have an option to create a watchlist.
In portfolio I’m allowed to see what I own, choose a crypto currency and see my recent transactions. It’d be cool if from there I could click on the name of the cryptocurrency and have it send me straight to its chart instead of having to back out and go to markets tab and search it up.BeckettLynw
Booty Call
This app has made my introduction into crypto trading very easy, and I would give it another star if it would not have crashed on me during the last two big rallies; when you really need to get some. It would deserve six stars if it could incorporate more analytics on the site. It would be nice to have a better breakdown of the assets, so I don’t have to use a third party (Delta) to put my portfolio in perspective. All things considered, very happy with them, and their IPO is doing great too.
