    Add color coding in the transaction's example blue for credit red font color for debit. Also please hire the UI/UX person to improved the app fonts size, icon size and colors. Thanks

    After a month of trying still can’t register my existing account!
  • Inconvenient

    The new app requires to register via mobile number. I am already here in the US and proceeded to use my US number. But worst, it requires me to go to a BPI atm and activate it. Please fix this, all my transactions are with BPI and this will be a huge problem if I won’t be able to use it.
  • Disappointed!!

    The new app is so complicated. I’m abroad, it doesn’t push through, it always, Try again later for the whole day!!!
  • Non secure registration process

    Forcing customers to send SMS to register their devices, and not providing other options is a scam practice. Why did you even need to create a new app just to force your stupid policies just for registration.
  • Can’t Paste account number

    Not being able paste an account number when doing a transfer can result in data entry errors, and the transfer going to a different account.

    I’ll stick with the old app as long as I can.

    Add temporary block card feature for credit card.
  • Just awful

    I wanted to enroll someone's account so I could transfer funds without a fee. The website says it is possible to enroll an individual's account only on the mobile app, but there is nowhere in the mobile app to enroll an account. Who are the idiots in BPI's tech team?!? They should be fired.

    I don't understand why BPI wants people to only use the mobile app for certain transactions.

  • Backward app

    I can understand BPI’s priority for the safe use of the app but restricting the app to a single phone with associated number is a very backward and outdated approach. For example, I have a simless phone and I cannot register to access it becaise I cannot use my Philippine sim. BPI has to think outside the box so it benefits those living abroad with BPI accounts. There are so many ways to secure your app and the restriction to use OTP is ridiculous and dumb at this technological age.
