Just plain garbage
Don’t know why they bothered making us change apps when I can’t even login. Tried resetting my password, but just end up receiving you guessed it nothing. Now I have to keep bothering staff with my phone number just gets annoying having to constantly do this till a solution is found. What a terrible app experience.

Needs more standardization & customization
The gym location names are inconsistent. There is no way to change your “home gym location” since the heart button is locked down. And you can’t favorite instructors.
Glitchy
The app is glitchy. All not let you click on much before it is force closing itself.
Needs some features
There needs to be a feature to see how crowded the gym is on the app.
Still lots of bugs.
Strange for an app that is on Version 7. My long-standing group exercise class is not accessible on the app. Longtime TruFit members are unable to even access it.
