I have to say Yes it is the goto App that I use most often especially at night, I feel that the music 🎧 gradually makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable so that sleeping is easier to achieve. I’ll write ✍️ more soon 😊

Poor quality unaffordable uncaring mental health ignorant medical system
For me it’s nice to read a simple, affordable, helpful and meaningful statement to help me with my mental health issues. The greedy corrupt medical corporations run by even greedier more corrupt insurance corporations miss diagnosed my mental health conditions for 60 years but always sent me a huge bill. Thanks for the daily simple words of wisdom. They help me.

This app is a helpful little squirt of reminders to help me focus on what is important and what can help me with my mindset. Sure, sometimes they are not right for me but mostly they are things I want to TRY to keep in mind but often forget.
