App is trash. Bring back via. I’m constantly late to work because of them.
terrible app and service.
don’t even get me started with this app. this app literally always glitches, and keeps telling me to take a bus. the drivers are also rude, and sometimes they’re even confused with how to use the app along with the GPS. a fair amount of drivers told me that the GPS doesn’t work, or that my drop-off address doesn’t even show sometimes. i’ve also had some more issues, recently being that i had a driver who drove me around the same block 5 times, and then stopped in the middle of the road for 10 minutes. he claimed that it was his first time working for metro flex, and that he didn’t know how to use the app. another time was when i literally got kicked out of the metro flex because i didn’t bring my orca card, and mind you i am a minor, so i shouldn’t even have to use my orca card because i thought that it was supposed to be free. please fix your app, or bring back via to transit. i’m so tired of this, and i am definitely not willing to book an uber or a lyft because i’m not spending money just to get myself to school and back home every day. how will i get to school when i can’t even rely on a simple app to take me because of how dumb it is along with the service? i am very disappointed.

I have used this app several times to book local rides. It’s great. I request a ride and the app gives an arrival estimate that has been pretty accurate. I would suggest requesting a ride 20 to 30 minutes before you want to leave.
Workers don’t get breaks, gps is terrible.
The gps on this app has never function properly for any of my drivers, ever. The app books drivers who are already on their break and forces them to get it cut short even though they already get paid little. I was literally in the car and my driver had been working for 8 hours asking his boss for a break and he just hung up on him. Terrible app, terrible company, bring back community ride.

get better programmers
constantly crashes, horrible load time, will continuously tell you to take the bus. if i wanted to take the bus i would’ve downloaded one bus away, get me a mf via. i’ve had to delete and redownload multiple times to get it to work. it doesn’t tell you when you’re via is two minutes away anymore, and constantly bugs on the drivers end as well.

Terrible
Every time I try to book, it suggest me to take the bus and I end up waiting on a bus for 20 to 30 minutes. It doesn’t give me the option to have a MetroFlex van.
needs work
the app constantly bugs out and when i try to click to book it immediately takes me to the screen to book another ride. i try to book and says i already booked a ride but fails to show when it’s showing up unless i close the app and reopen it/ never showed a confirmation notification. it could be better

Great initiative. Important to increase coverage
Amazing initiative by the Metro team. Phenomenal to see you guys are not complacent and not left behind in terms of technology. Driver Coverage will be critical to ensure success for this program. I could only see coverage in the Totem Lake area and pockets in Seattle
