This app never works. I’ve tried many times to make a payment by clicking on billing and nothing happens. I try to look at my policy and nothing. There are claims this would make it easier to make payments and submit claims, but it never works!Da Professor4

Terrible app never worked always say you don’t have any profile contact customer service and even customer service can’t do anything about it I never could see my claim or no single information about my policy terribleNazi Pourya
APP DOES NOT WORK
App does not work at all. Nothing opens when you press the buttons within the app. The website is just as horrible. It won’t let you look at or download your policies. All you see is the ‘welcome’ letter you get when you buy a policy. It won’t let you look at claims. It won’t let you cancel automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account. You can only add a new payment option. When you try to call, you have to jump through endless hoops to try to get a human. Then you are put on hold, for forever. You select the option to have a representative call you back when they are ‘available’ and guess what? You never get a call back! If I ever get ahold of a rep, I’m canceling EVERYTHING!!
