Not functional
First time I logged in, it was missing half my policies. Called customer support to see why, they couldn’t answer. Tried blaming my browser, my computer etc. I tried 2 different computers with 3 different browsers , 1 phone and the app, all with the same result. They told me they would look into it and call me back. Never called back. Now, when I try to log in, it shows no policy or claim information at all. Do better.Show lessTDux

Not very useful
The only claim you can file is for wellness otherwise your directed to the website. Additionally most times it crashes when trying to create a claim number telling you to restart the app. It’s faster to just use the website, which itself has its own problems.Ash9652

Helpful app. Fast and easy to use.
With the announcement of the new app I figured I would download it and see what it was like. This was a great opportunity to make sure my information was current and I had a couple updates to do. Took very little time to change what was needed. Then I took a walk down memory lane looking at my policies and prior claims. I was reminded of how great it has been to do business with Combined over the years. This app is a great addition to my experience as a customer.
