Your mental and physical well-being are incredibly important to us, and we sincerely apologise if the reminders added stress during what we understand is already a challenging time. We’ll be reviewing our notification system to ensure it better supports people like yourself, offering reminders without becoming overwhelming. In the meantime, we encourage you to adjust notification settings in the app to reduce the frequency or change the type of reminders you receive.
Amazing
It certainly isn’t and it has helped me enormously with my journey through the hip replacement surgery.
It removed myths, provided real time information about what I needed to do to prepare for the operation.
It also helped me understand how the surgery was going to work and what I should do post surgery.
Having the coach as back up was comforting.
I am now 3 and a half weeks post operation, walking with only one crutch and out of the excruciating pain I was experiencing.
I still refer to the app and cannot speak highly enough of it.
