Garbage app like the airline itself
A rubbish app like the rubbish airline that Biman is from a rubbish country that it is. I have a mix of airlines to visit this their country, I was able to pull the trip for all the airlines and pick my seats ahead of time, but despite being biz class this rubbish excuse of an airline can’t retrieve my booking despite correct billing reference being entered. Biman was rubbish in 1972 and it continues to be a piece of rubbish, has always been run by incompetent excuse for human beings.

Don’t Bother!
What a waste of time, the app doesn’t respond. When you select a departure date it automatically changes the return date to the departure date. If Biman gonna have a app then create a decent app that functions correctly.
Very Bad App
The app doesn’t work. I spent two hours on the app just to buy a ticket. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.

Apps don’t respond
It’s been three days I try to book ticket from the apps but every time after I put all details it’s start loading and keep doing tht such a crap apps ever.I can’t believe 2023 Biman still don’t have a proper apps to do this little thing like as booking tickets and all this I know they will reply sying this is th apps but unfortunately this is not a apps it’s a crap spend money on it get proper company to do tht job we never pay less when we came from london we pay double price to Biman then other airlines and they can’t make an proper apps such a shame
