Needs alert on power outages
Suggestion to R&D to include in app an email or text message on iPhone when a power outage occurs.

Good App
Much better version than the previous one but still needs to send you phone notifications when a power outage occurs. Many other Apps send you notifications, why sonnen can’t do that? This is vital to, among many other events, remotely turn off some equipment’s and appliances on smart homes for battery consumption savings when you are not at home.

Recent update
The app is quite good but a recent update seems to have resulted in data not showing since around 9 August.
I have logged a report via the App but apparently they are too busy to address this.

Good App
App is overall laid out well. Oddly, the app keeps auto-logging out, which is completely unnecessary given it is not an app with personal sensitive information; fix this and I will change to 5 stars.

Disaster
I have to delete and then download again to get any reading. Freezes all the time! The colours are confusing too.

Such a disappointing app that provides only basic information at best.
The backup reserve is never mentioned, nor it is easy to find. A major reason for buying the product.
No notifications for any important events, such as loss of grid power to start backup mode. It is quite likely we won’t know when backup mode starts. But we will know when it ends unexpectedly!
Usage graphs are overly simple and difficult to read.
It’s like Sonnen have no idea what their customers buy their products for.

Not too bad
Not much control over the battery in app, so you have to login to the device via webpage to do the good stuff. Would be awesome if they added widget support so at a glance I can see what everything is doing without going to the app.
Unreliable and not fit for purpose
This app has some serious bugs. It frequently signs me out, frequently crashes and frequently can’t display data. It is not working more often that it is working. It is so bad it makes it difficult to recommend buying a Sonnen Battery. Seriously, if you are going to make the app this bad, fit the batteries with a display so we at least have a fallback!
