Sonnen-Protect not able to be monitored in this version
Your previous app “My Sonnen” allowed you to also monitor the Sonnen-Protect Box status under the Battery Icon including max output setting when the grid goes down This has been important in the past for our system to ensure all is running correctly when the grid is down as sometimes the max output setting would change from the 2.5kW. This has caused issues in the past and can this please be included in this new app as when it changes it is no good when you need the battery in a power (grid) failure. PS - I am not taking about the adjustable battery buffer setting.

Fancy graphics do not mean a better app!
my sonnen, the previous app, was a picture of elegant simplicity, showing system information in two quickly viewed windows (Live state & Energy Analysis). No scrolling, no multiple taps, easily understood even on a smaller iPhone screen. Do NOT sunset what is now the older app. The new app may be cute, but to a knowledgeable user or an engineer it is a step backwards.

Like the update but prefer the old Live View
I actually like the interface for the most part and don’t mind the changes but the new live view isn’t my favorite. At a glance I could see the energy numbers, power flow, percentages, and more. This one it seems like I have to look around, scroll around, and that it’s designed more to look fancy than to give information. The graphic doesn’t give any numbers anymore.
Would also love if you made it native to the iPad (and macOS) so I could use it there. It’s be amazing on a bigger screen. A way to integrate other circuits into it with sensors so I could monitor energy usage not on the battery would be great too.

bring the old UI back
The old my sonnen app had a simple interface - almost minimalistic. The Live State view was easy to look at and understand. At a quick glance, you were able to see how the energy was flowing and how much. With this new app, not so much. I don’t care for the huge colorful icons. Now to see any metric, I need to glance down the screen. I’ll be using the old app until I can’t anymore.

Mandatory Portal Obsession
Impressive. The live view is just so good with its simplicity and clarity. I just love the data filtering when playing around in the History View. I would miss the old App particularly the Performance View with its fine granularity combining both the History data and higher resolution. If that view could be incorporated, that would definitely Make My Day. No doubt I would get over that pretty quickly, although drilling down to the exact instantaneous KW is just my Obsession. Lots of stars and ticks.✅✅✅✅✅

Great new app! Could be even better
Love the new app, very smooth and fast. Just wanted to suggest an improvement. The real-time view is a bit hard to read, it’ll be easier if the readings where under each circle and if the yellow lines could be colour coded similar to the previous app. Another suggestion, under the historical data, it’ll be great to see that in watts as an option rather than just kw.
