Great when it works
This app is very useful when it is working. Locks up frequently and the only option is to delete and download again. Have reinstalled about 8 times over the course of a few months.
Great App - lots of info!
I like it because I can see what my battery is doing and it’s quite intuitive.
Doesn’t work
This app used to work before an update. Now this app doesn’t work at all. It always says I’m not using any energy when I’m always using energy. It says my battery is being always at 100 percent. I hope this app is wrong and I’m not pulling from the grid. Overall this battery is a waste of money. Not worth the money at all more worries than there should be.

Waste of money
The whole battery system is a joke. They sell you on a product that sounds amazing when really they update the app then you start pulling from the grid. Fix the app and make your product more affordable. I don’t what I pay 10k for a system that doesn’t work like advertised.
Great and improved app!
Needs to warn you on your phone and watch when a power outage occurs so you can turn some unnecessary equipment off to save battery.

New isn’t always great
Wife still has the old version on her phone and I love it much better than the new one. I already read another review that states what I am saying.

Now with added childish achievements
Yay I have a seven day streak of producing more energy than I consume. I honestly didn’t know I needed gamified solar power. Now I actually know I don’t need gamified solar power.
If you insist on stupid app design at least give me an option to turn the stupid achievements off so I can get the screen real estate back.
Oh and such a streak is really just a proxy for saying the sun has been shining. Shame on you for such silliness.

Unable to confirm password
I can log in to the German site and see the state of my batteries. But each time I try to load the app, I have to use a different email address to the one attached to the German site in order to verify my account. When I get the verified email and the link to change the password, it says link expired. So unable to change the password on the app, and of course I don't know what the original was

A good app, but needs a few bugs fixed.
I’ve been using this new app for a while now. Still getting used to it, as I liked the simpler design of the old version. The graphic of the house setting on the welcome page is nice, but honestly a bit distracting and in my opinion a waste of small screen space. Also, because the percentage number for ‘Self-Sufficiency last 30 days’ has the biggest and boldest font, every time I open the app I keep thinking that is the battery percentage.
One bug that needs fixing is on the ‘Your System’ graph on the Historical data page. The little black box that displays the time at the top of the graph is too small and mostly covers the digits of the clock and makes it illegible.
Would also be great if there was a tablet version of the app.
