So so much better than Txtag
I used to have a Txtag account. I deleted it and switched the NextPass because they were a nightmare to deal with. NextPass has great customer support and it’s easy for me to see how much I’m spending on tolls. With Txtag was very difficult to get that information.1-2-3-4-5000

We work closely with the tolling agencies in each state to provide trip information quickly, however that is not always possible. It appears that some transactions are still posting to your account - please reach out to our customer support team and we can help resolve your questions. Thanks!Won’t work with HOV
While all the good things they mention about this app are true, they failed to mention this app won’t work with HOV - meaning you’ll still be charged full toll price even when you have required minimum number of passengers in car. 1 star rating for failing to mention this basic rule that it won’t work with HOV which needlessly ended up costing me $12.84.Show lessazvan786

Excellent app to pay your tolls!
Nextpass just made my life way easier!
I can now remove my transponder and forget about my account balance, tag replacements or other oldfashion payment methods such as “pay by mail”.
The app is very user-friendly, you just add your credit card details and it detects when you drive through a toll road to charge the exact toll rate. All my toll trips were accurately display on the “recent activity tab” and they are easy to track.
I recommend this app to everyone interested in a hassle-free tolling experience.Show lessAlvike

Made using tolls a breeze!
Didn’t need to use my toll tag at all. Just set my license in the app, added a payment method, and drove through tolls. Could easily see my toll charges daily and didnt have to constantly add money to my toll account. Would highly recommend!cmneba
HOV needed

This app has been a huge lifesaver recently when driving in Virginia - I recently bought a second car and didn’t want to deal with a transponder; only an hour before I realized I’d be on a toll road I was able to register my car in about a minute. My tolls were paid automatically and posted the next day - no confusion on how much I paid, no annoying bills in the mail. Love it.Show lessDSNBNS
