    I think all these APP adopt Uber Module , more profit for CEO , less $$$ for driver . After sign for this app taking a long course all extensive background check , including DMV , all kind of , you name it . Take me almost over 2 month to get approve , once I approve and I look on this app Ride pick up schedule , it is a horrible, all are worst pay out . In these days pricing for Gas , insurance, wear tear , not worth at all , end of the you making rich this tech company. Good luck for all

    We wish you luck as well. Because most of our program contracts are through agencies that provide paratransit for people with disabilities and older adults our onboarding process is extensive as you have pointed out. For that reason, we have to make sure our drivers can be successful. Our drivers tell us that when the compare a trip on UZURV with similar trip on a traditional service our trip, on average, pays more.

  • Unprofessional company.

    After a month dealing with this nonsense, it’s time to call it out. Uzurv demands punctuality from drivers but can’t bother to update schedules promptly. They want top-tier service but won’t guarantee rides won’t be axed or compensate for last-minute cancellations. They demand pristine vehicles but refuse same-day express pay. They expect politeness and effort but won’t cough up anything extra. This company’s a joke. It’s drivers who keep it going; without us, it’s going down. Time’s valuable, and they’re wasting it. Good luck, they’ll need it.

    Thanks for your detailed and thoughtful review. The onboarding for UZURV is thorough because we provide ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Paratransit for most of our programs. For the sake of those fantastic riders, drivers must be fully compliant with Federal Transit Administration, State, City, and transit agency rules. We are working on continuously improving the app. We want drivers to be successful and the key way we do that is by keeping the earnings competitive. Thank you for providing excellent service to the riders.

  • Day 1

    First day trying this app, lately it has been good. Money is way better than Uber I can see where pax going and how much I will get from it. The biggest down side to me it’s the enrollments time holy moly it is really long! Between background check, car inspection, and finally being able to drive and try this out it takes about 3 weeks. Pax are nicer, older people, hopefully they’re not as bad as Fuber or Lyft. It’s a nice way to get money going while searching for a real job for sure. Also no dealing with drunk douches it’s a big plus to me. The app it self needs work it’s a bit messy in my own opinion, but other than this it’s doing the job.

    Add on : UZURV needs to work on the glitches in this app, after a week of work this isn’t working properly, also instant pay is a must for gig companies that want to make business and have drivers to work with them. This is one of the only perks that are truly useful when you need cash right away so work on that ASAP I will say.
