  • Good but needs some work

    App is off on it’s time zones or something and won’t let me update anything. I hit about 3 in the afternoon and it starts my numbers over to the next day. Other than that, it’s great to have an app for tracking push-ups. Really good accomplishing what it’s meant to. Just doesn’t make sense why the time in the APL and time in my phone don’t line up.

  • Worth Fitness App Helps Build Healthy Habits One Day at a Time

    This app is my go to fitness app because it is filled with guides to hep establish new habits like 100 pushups a day, daily smoothie, intermittent fasting, daily plank challenge, and my favorite drinking daily water! I’ve been looking for an app that can help build good habits and this one has it all! I love being about to track my health habits in one spot. What this app does well is it has a leaderboard for each habit. So I have been enjoying developing new habits by trying to do my personal best each day! I like how each habit there’s a recommended goal this helps me strive to achieve those goals. If you are looking for an app that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals this is the app!!!

    The Habit Tracker in this app has been a life-changer for me. I joined the 100 Push-Ups a Day challenge and am now going 40 days straight. I feel great and have started on my path to develop a life of more healthy habits.

    I love this app! I have been doing the push-up challenge everyday with my friend and we’ve been competing with each other on the leaderboard! My username on the app is Bodey C! I am also going to start doing the cold shower and drink one water a day challenge!

    This app is simple, yet effective. I started using it just to track daily push-ups which got me in the habit of daily push-ups because I am competitive and love seeing where I compare to others in the app. I’m now exploring the other areas of the app like healthy meals and smoothies!

    This is a great app! Knowing how many push-ups or pull-ups is important for my health goals. I think this app does a great job keeping it simple as a habit tracker but also does a good job adding some other knowledge as well for those who want to improve in other areas like sleep.
