I love the Project Power Program.

I enjoy being a participant of this program. It has offered me so many tools to combat the negative eating habits, and negative mindset, about my overall health. The app is so user friendly and very easy to follow. It has influenced and assisted me with logging most of my meals, monitoring my weight, creating new healthy habits, and making sure that I put in the work, just for example. The scan watch, is amazing; with helping to monitor my activities.
I am so impressed by all of the resources that are now at my fingertips, because of Project Power.

Great information

I joined this project/program as a way to help me kickstart my fitness journey. It has been a great experience and resource as far as keeping me on target with changing my dietary and exercise habits. Tracking meals and exercise helps me make adjustments in real time. The new scale is awesome as it provides much more comprehensive information that is useful. Would highly recommend this program to anyone who’s ready to take charge of their health!

Project Power Program

Wow! The Project Power App, Coach Mariana and my support group have all encouraged, empowered and engaged me by introducing me to a healthy and livable lifestyle. Coach Mariana led us with compassion, support and full attention to our needs. I specifically liked and benefited from the food log, habits, videos and recording my exercise. These factors influenced my daily decisions for meal prepping and guidance when I lost track or focus. Thank you for this life changer!!!

Comprehensive Healthy Behavior Lifestyle Program

Project Power is a wonderful app designed for people with or at risk for Type II Diabetes. The program tracks and monitors food intake, including calories, fat, and carbs; physical activity and other health indicators.
The app provides educational videos on Diabetes, blood glucose, eye health, and a plethora of other topics related to Diabetes.
In addition, the program provides a lifestyle coach who offers subject matter expertise along with feedback and one-on-one sessions for individualized support.
Having the ability to track and monitor the foods you eat allows you to assess and determine the types of foods you should avoid as well which foods to eat more of. Likewise, the ability to track physical activity helps to keep you focused and on target with your goals.
Overall, this program has helped me to become more aware of my habits and understand what I should change to improve my health outcomes and meet my goals.
Coach Julie was very responsive and supportive throughout the twelve weeks and made me feel comfortable in facing my shortcomings.
This is a great -Roger am f-or anyone wanting/needing to improve their health and change their lifestyle for the better. I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in Project Power!

Awesome!

This app is so good! I’ve never had any problems with it crashing or acting up. The resources available within the app are great. It truly is a one-stop shop. Coach Sondra was my coach for the first 12 weeks and she was amazing! She always responds to direct messages in a timely fashion and makes the live coaching sessions a comfortable space to share and interact with ease. I am so happy I joined Project Power!

Project Power Program

Project Power Program is a well thought out approach to learning and applying lessons in lowering your A1C and avoid developing diabetes. If you already have diabetes it will help you lower your A1C and make better choices. The fact that your peer group has many of the same challenges, we support all our gains (good habits) and losses (weight / lower A1C) together. Our coach gives us encouragement and insights we (at I didn't) have before to be successful. Our goals (many of us is to lose weight) are not out of reach. You go in increments, achievable goals. I find I can stick to this much better than I have with any other program I have tried before.

Latest update is awful

See how badly you fail. See unrealistic expectations for the program. Non weight based gains/milestones no longer matter since 1/3 of the main screen is now taken over by a giant “winners circle” focused solely on whether or not you have lost enough weight. Most programs are log 3 -5 meals and weigh 3x a week. Now in order to “turn green” it demands you tediously log 7 meals (no matter if meal logging is zero benefit) and weigh seven times a week (even if a scale provided does not always work as it claims to). Create anxiety and obsession or give up. It becomes a mental burden rather than a tool for health promotion. Forget the garbled indecipherable inaccessible cartoon videos (non ADA compliant). No green light for you if you need reasonable accommodations of accessibility. So the new changes set up for anxiety, frustration, frustration, obsession and failure. More likely to give up. Can’t click links in the “notifications either” which send to in app help requests that don’t get answered.

It was a great tool and system before they decided token rewards would be a great motivator.

Too bad decades of research & evidence show this red light yellow light green light system lead to discouragement, anxiety, obsession, frustration, negative feelings of self efficacy , negative self worth, anger, and increased risk of lost participation and quitting the regime. This is well know from schoolwide and classroom “stop light” behavior management plans being an epic failure. So if you want to induce feelings of anxiety, frustration, failure to the point of quitting & giving up, great job!!!! You picked a theme that has shown over the decades that is not motivating towards positivity

Excellent

The program came at the perfect time.
I had just been to the doctor who said
It was imperative I loose weight and get
my diabetes in control. I feel alone and had
tried in person nutritionist and diabetic educators.
No results, but when I decided to try this program right away I received an email with next steps and information for our zoom session with Coach Melanie who is a credentialed professional. Instantly she created community with in our group. The behind the scenes people are great with communication, there is so much support. Now, one does have to put their part in, which I did and turned things around with my diabetes and my status is “controlled” I’m off insulin. Coach Melanie and the app. provides so much understandable and applicable information. The best and I’m so appreciative.

Project Power is a great app

Project Power has many excellent features that is helping me control my eating, what kinds of food I eat, and helps me review my activities. It is easy to navigate the features and use tracking features. The reminders I receive keep me on track. Coach Trey has presented online data and advice in a helpful, friendly manner. He is very personable and easy to relate to in our quest for good health. I am glad I signed on to this program and will continue to use the many features of this app.

A Great App to go with a great program!

I have used a many weight loss apps and this one by far is the best! It is part of the program, connects with all the devices and tracks your food, habits, and health. All in one place!
