  • Excellent wheel

I appreciate the variety of categories and feelings available to select! Only thing I would suggest is a place to write a blurb/journal for better tracking of when these feelings were felt
  • Great

It’s amazing, and really good for showing how your feeling and also working out how you’re feeling, but it should have a place to write why you’re feeling, and an option to share your emotions with other people through things like WhatsApp
  • A good start

I love that the wheel spins & you can record an emotion but it definitely needs a section to add a note to the feeling where you can expand on why you’re feeling this way or what has happened to make you feel this way. So it’s a bit incomplete if you ask me.
  • Simple and perfect mental health app

I really enjoy zooming in on the wheel and panning it as I spin my phone around to identify my emotion at the time of. Yes I know there’s a slide that spins the wheel digitally but it’s really satisfying to just spin the physical phone!
  • I wish it had definitions

I wish each emotion had a definition to read when selected. And perhaps an example or two of the emotion in use.

It is helpful to see all of the words to expand my emotional vocabulary but I still find myself having to look up what the definitions are.
  • Great app

The only thing I’d love to see on this app would be a notes section so I can jot down the situation and keep a record of it
  • My pros and wishes

I’m using this off and on as I work on my emotional intelligence. I like the ease and availability! Features I would find useful, the ability to comment when I log feelings. This happened, this feeling is what I identify, I have felt this feeling historically when x happened or happened etc. I also sometimes do not find the feeling I am looking for, like grief, and could modify in the comments. Better still, ability to edit the feelings on the wheel.

  • Super simple app (with no unnecessary bells and whistles)

Exactly what I was looking for - a portable version of the feelings/emotions wheel that I can refer to quickly and easily without having to carry a printout with me! Thank you
  • Download results? Add comments?

I love this app for its simplicity! I would love to download the results so we can look for patterns, such as always being overwhelmed on Mondays or every morning at 10 am…
    Thanks!
  • Please make this update

Loving the app, it would be perfect if you added a feature to analyze and organize the data by frequency and pattern of timing + feelings. Or at least the ability to export the data so we can do it ourselves
