  • Helpful Service

    Since faking advances out from Credit Convey, its a good added help in between paychecks having extra money available. Using the app is very easy and funds are deposited within 1 business day using Express. I'm giving this app a 4 star rating which it would be nice to see an added feature such as a no credit check loan up to $500 max. There are other competitors offering this type of service plus cash advances that may help the company attract more customers. Other than that, my mom experience using the app has been very satisfactory.

    Great company when you need a quick loan only complaint I have is the amount and the fees are a little high when your only getting a 20 dollar loan and that’s where I been is at 20 dollars and I’ve paid each payment since I started using the advance and the amount of time to receive another loan but a great company overall for a cash advance
  • This app has helped some.

    My husband makes great money in which they can see that, with my bank account connected to the app. But most of the time we are short on bills and need help. We have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom. Whom doesn’t work. So with it just my husband making the income. It’s hard. But for some reason I have had this app for about a month now and have got about 5-6 loans from them and all they want to give me each time is $10. That don’t help do anything. And they will obviously get their money right back with my bank account linked to the app. So it’s really not helping me at all!
  • Don’t get scammed

    I thought that I may need an advance. Downloaded this app to see what I could get approved for and decided to change my mind on using it. That was about 4 months ago, and every 2 weeks since then they have charged my bank account $8.00. I hadn’t noticed until today and made it a point to figure out what the charge was for. I had to download the app again to permanently cancel the account. They have continuously charged me for something that I never used. This is crazy. I don’t recommend anyone to use it

  • Don’t use if you get paid monthly

    This app could have its advantages but only if you get paid frequently like weekly or biweekly. It doesn’t make sense if you get paid monthly. The average first cash advance is $10. The charge for the advance is $2.99 to get it in a couple of business days or $3.99 to get in a few hours PLUS you get charged $8.78 membership fee in less than a week. If your payday is more than a week off, you’re in the red for three or dollars IF you don’t spend the $10 cash advance. If you spend the $10 or more, you’re definitely in a worse position that you were before obtaining the advance.

  • Bad business

    Lets see…. I have had 11 advances and paid back every single one on time using the same bank account as i use now, then out of the blue when i tried taking an advance out they say error with verifying info try back later or something like that, then they closed my account!!! I was a dam good customer and pretty offended the way i was treated.
    That just goes to show you how they treat their customers. Never got a reply from them or anything, they just cut me off for no reason, i know that sounds crazy but its the truth.

    Dear Customer. Our records indicate that you reached out to Customer Service on June 29th and they responded to you. Credit Convey App is limited by the data that your bank's service providers supply. Sometimes, those service providers fail to provide the necessary data to Credit Convey to successfully issue the products and cash advances. Unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver the products in those instances. This is a technical issue and it's generally out of our hands. Any advance that we would try to send to your bank would not get delivered. We understand this may not be the news you were hoping for, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Wasted My Time

    Based on the previous reviews I thought to give this app a try. But instead kept reaching error messages to determine my eligibility for an advance. Then messaged support, received an immediate but long reply on how to fix it, then tried to login and my credentials and membership were cancelled even though I didn’t authorize it or anything. So bummer. Can’t use the app and no way to get my account back even through customer support. And it doesn’t seem fair that I did nothing to get my account closed.

    Dear Customer, We are very sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience. Most errors in determining your eligibility are related to your bank account connectivity through Plaid. Users can temporarily disconnect and re-connect their bank account via the Settings tab. If your bank account stays disconnected for some time, your account gets automatically deactivated.
  • Definitely real app not joking 🫡🫡

    I been using the app almost two months and actually work the same you the cash right away.. the only question I ask why the fee is getting high that’s the only question?? . But other then that it’s works …
  • Too many bugs!!!

    (Update: Read my earlier review and their response to me. How would you tell me I was “accepted” for a loan if I supposedly never connected my bank account? 🤣 Scam!)

    This app makes no sense- clearly needs a dev team to fix ALL the bugs! Tried since it was highly rated here. You told me I was accepted for a loan, and even let me request the amount posted, telling me it would be sent by 9pm today. 1hr later… you automatically unlink my account, cancel my membership and then block my email. No explanation for all of this given, nor did I (obviously) receive the loan. Makes me wonder if all these are paid reviews?

    Dear Customer, our Financial Wellness services require active bank connectivity via Plaid. Without a bank connection, our services cannot be delivered. Upon any unsuccessful bank connection, our system automatically cancels your membership and deactivates your account since you will not be able to use the app's services. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
