Bank issue

This thing have been a mess ever since they updated the new version..i never had issue before with my bank that have been connected and now it says they can't keep track of daily activity thru my bank so i disconnect and try to connect my other bank and i did it got connected a day later it says the bank have been use my other user and it diconnected by itself try to connect my previous bank it won't let me because i have to wait for a day pass to get it connected back and it's been 2 days and it still won't let me do it..so chances of getting an advance is not possible due to this all dumb stuff happening..i hope u guys can fix all this issue quick..and there never somebody that we can talk too it is always automated respone...no real human u can get in touch with..

Not working

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I sent everything over and then it said I was approved for a certain amount and then every 20 or so minutes it would cancel the amount I wasn’t canceling it and I don’t know what happened. It didn’t say why as I didn’t get any FollowUp emails as to why something would’ve changed. Then I had an amount approved that was supposed to post by yesterday and it’s still not there and I have no email confirmation as to why not. I’ve emailed their customer service to no response so I’m gonna have to give it one star

Dear Customer, once your BaG cash is approved, our system attempts to send it to your bank immediately. Your bank has refused to receive the funds. In that case, the App tries multiple times with different methods to get you your BaG cash. If your bank declines to receive it, then it gets canceled. The Credit Convey App is limited by the data supplied by your bank's service providers. Sometimes, those service providers fail to provide the data required for Credit Convey to issue products and cash advances successfully. Unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver the products in those instances. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Doesn’t Work Anymore

This app used to be great. But now for the past two months, every time I’ve tried to get a loan, I get an error message stating “There was a problem determining if I qualify. Please try again.” How can there be an issue when there’s no issue with taking the monthly fee??? And there has been no response from customer care so, I’d say, don’t even bother.
UPDATE: They said they would update the app. They have. But now you go to the app and it says there’s an update which takes you back to the App Store which says “Open” because you’ve already updated the app. But, you open the app, and it asks you to update when you already did. And just send you back and forth. This app is a JOKE. Was good but not anymore. Will just charge you a monthly fee for nothing and make it impossible to get into the app so you can cancel your account.

So Helpful

I wasn’t sure if this was an app i could trust but i downloaded it anyways and it helped me out when i needed gas and good every once and a while. i would most definitely recommend this app to anyone having financial problems and need a little extra cash, they even have a low balance alert option and they have a selection to help you with your budget!

Helpful Service

Since faking advances out from Credit Convey, its a good added help in between paychecks having extra money available. Using the app is very easy and funds are deposited within 1 business day using Express. I'm giving this app a 4 star rating which it would be nice to see an added feature such as a no credit check loan up to $500 max. There are other competitors offering this type of service plus cash advances that may help the company attract more customers. Other than that, my mom experience using the app has been very satisfactory.

Pleased customer

Great company when you need a quick loan only complaint I have is the amount and the fees are a little high when your only getting a 20 dollar loan and that’s where I been is at 20 dollars and I’ve paid each payment since I started using the advance and the amount of time to receive another loan but a great company overall for a cash advance

This app has helped some.

My husband makes great money in which they can see that, with my bank account connected to the app. But most of the time we are short on bills and need help. We have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom. Whom doesn’t work. So with it just my husband making the income. It’s hard. But for some reason I have had this app for about a month now and have got about 5-6 loans from them and all they want to give me each time is $10. That don’t help do anything. And they will obviously get their money right back with my bank account linked to the app. So it’s really not helping me at all!

Don’t get scammed

I thought that I may need an advance. Downloaded this app to see what I could get approved for and decided to change my mind on using it. That was about 4 months ago, and every 2 weeks since then they have charged my bank account $8.00. I hadn’t noticed until today and made it a point to figure out what the charge was for. I had to download the app again to permanently cancel the account. They have continuously charged me for something that I never used. This is crazy. I don’t recommend anyone to use it

Don’t use if you get paid monthly

This app could have its advantages but only if you get paid frequently like weekly or biweekly. It doesn’t make sense if you get paid monthly. The average first cash advance is $10. The charge for the advance is $2.99 to get it in a couple of business days or $3.99 to get in a few hours PLUS you get charged $8.78 membership fee in less than a week. If your payday is more than a week off, you’re in the red for three or dollars IF you don’t spend the $10 cash advance. If you spend the $10 or more, you’re definitely in a worse position that you were before obtaining the advance.

Alternatives to Credit Convey
