The best fitness app ever

This app has really changed the way I approach exercise and healthy living. It's super easy to use, even for beginners like me. My fitness obsessed husband enjoys the ease of use too. It's easy to flow between the different workouts and activities. I never get bored with the assortment of workout options. I can see this app appealing to anyone really. Another great feature of this app is its wide range of excerises and I am able to track my workouts. It's been an excellent choice and I plan to continue using it regularly.

Excellent fitness app!

This app was extremely easy to use. I was able to easily navigate and select the options suited to my workout process. Also appreciated the color options which highlight the muscle points and app theme. I would highly recommend incorporating the app into your workout routine for ease of use and tracking.

Great visuals to show exercises

This app is visually impressive! It shows you exactly how to do the exercises with whatever equipment you have at the gym or at home. I really liked that there was an option for no equipment because most of the time, a normal person doesnโ€™t own any workout equipment and just had their own body weight. The app is also very adaptable to oneโ€™s strength and current fitness. You can choose how much weight to use and what is your testing time in between sets. Itโ€™s great for a beginner or someone more advanced to keep track of goals

Best Workout App Ever!!

It doesnโ€™t matter whether youโ€™re a beginner or an expert at working out this app will make it easier to focus on what you want most. I like how it shows the target muscles so if I want to focus on certain muscle groups the app shows me how to effectively work on them. The workout history is awesome so I can always keep track of what day I worked out my chest and arms.

Rest timers are also included to ensure overexertion does not occur. If you are someone who experiences anxiety around going to the gym, I believe this app would be highly beneficial to your routine. The app offers well displayed tutorials on just about any movement you can think of. For those who struggle to connect mind and muscle - common in those with anxiety - the app also provides helpful cues to ensure proper form. The A-Z list of exercise options is vast. It is also useful for those who may be interested in incorporating new exercises or equipment to their usual routine. Overall, I am very impressed with this app. I would recommend it to most anyone looking to get a deeper insight and measure of their physical health progression.
