Reviews of GymReps

  • Good for beginner use

The app has some great qualities and adds convenience when working out. Two of the updates I wish the developers would make quickly: on the rest timer, it would be helpful if it would make a sound when time was up. Second, when you enter your set/rep goals for an exercise, you can not change them for different days of the week. Example: Mondays I do lower body power exercises, 3-5 reps of higher weight. Thursday I do lower body Hypertrophy of 12-15 reps with lower weight. This app currently doesn’t allow for you to set the different goals for different workouts.
