  • Versatile and complete

    This is an amazing app. It has so many features that you can use or turn off. It shows proper exercise form, easy to log workout, has recommended plans or add your own. If you are serious, you can download your history and chart your progress.
    I like that it shows total weight lifted per set and last workout on exercise for comparison next to it to push you forward. Even more challenging, it shows weight/minute avg for set so if you are sitting there letting your body rest more than minute between sets, your intensity goes down.

    Before having the app I would forget all my reps, weights etc, helps with progressive over load
  • The best workout app

    Very customizable. So many features. Especially , the non paid version has pretty much every major feature. Take a look at the compare. Have been using it for more than 5 years. They deserve more than just these few lines of review. Every time I use the app early morning I want to write the review then I start my exercise by the end I am tired. Today, I wanted to ensure I write this after my pushups.
