The Fixalert application is part of a complete solution for facility and complaint management companies to manage their work and tasks related to facility management efficiently. This app will enable you to use the Fixalert solution, which contains a web-based complaint reporting module, QR code, and custom-tailored survey. To make use of the application, you need to configure your organization first, and to do so, please get in touch with Fixalert support. How Fixalert works: 1- Contact the Fixalert team to get started. 2- We'll provide you with QR codes to install at designated locations in your facility. 3- Anyone who encounters a problem can scan the QR code to report it. 4- You'll receive notifications and be able to view reported issues on the app. 5- Use the app to track progress and resolve the issue. 6- If the reporter provides their phone number, they'll receive a notification via SMS when the issue is fixed.
