App will not populate

It spins & spins. I have yet to get it to open to use to make a payment

Very accommodating and very nice

App is terrible

I’ve also been trying to pay this trough the app for a week and even though I added my banking info to do an ACH. The app says I have no banking method created!

Quick and Easy to Use!

I set up my app after creating an account and setting up my payment method on the website first. Then using the app to make my payment was super easy. If paying after business hours, you do need to use the date for the next business day, or you will receive an error message. Otherwise, the app is quick and easy to use.

Worse website ever!

I’ve been trying to set this website up for months. I’ve changed passwords more times that i can count. It will tell me, Strong password, but it won’t go through. It keeps saying, Incorrect Authentication Credentials! I’m done. I do NOT recommend this site at all. 😡😡

Super easy!

After I made my first payment through the office, making my payments on the app has been super easy.
**You have to make your first payment through the office though!!**

Payment add method doesn’t work.

How the heck am I supposed to set up payment when the freaking app doesn’t work?

Can not make payment

Horrible App. It will not allow you to make payments. You can add card numbers and bank account details however, it will not let you make a payment. I wish I would have never decided to deal with this company.

App & website are horrible!!

I have been trying to make an online payment for two days and it keeps saying I need to save a payment method. And I keep repeating and saving. And then it says ut all over again every time I try to make the payment again. Of course this happens on Saturday and Sunday when branches are closed. Absolutely absurd!! Not being able to pay this is going to cause a late payment on my loan with totally ludicrous!! And Shady as all get out on Regional Finances Part. Don’t offer these options if they aren’t even accessible!! I’m LIVID!! And I DO NOT Recommend at all!!

Poor excuse for a payment method

The customer service was so proud of this “an easy way to make a payment”. What a joke. It does not work. Hasn’t since I down loaded it. Customer service keeps saying they know there is problem and they are working on it, but I am free to call in the payment or set up auto pay.
