I no longer have to remember all my passwords and I get notifications when my favourites drop. Wonderful for me, bad for the bank balance 😂

Nice App
App is pretty good. Could be organized a little more intuitively, but functions well. For some reason, I don’t see the hip measurement column in the app size charts. (L&Y’s Web size charts display hip to right of waist column.) in the app, I am unable to scroll to the right where I’d expect them to be, it just pulls at the chart. So that’s a little weird. Overall, nice ad clean tho.

Needs user settings
Doesn’t have settings to change how many or what notifications you get. Which is causing me to disable all notifications for the app so I don’t know when drops are happening. Downloaded it instead of just using the website because I thought it’d be nice to know when drops are happening but the fact that I’m getting multiple notifications a day from this app is frustrating.

Brand is great, app needs some help
I absolutely love Lucy and yak clothing! But I’ve noticed some issues with the app itself. The most recent one that prompted this review is that the app has completely broke. Every time I try to click into a category it says there are no results. I’ve already tried restarting my phone and deleting/redownloading the app with no success. Some past problems that I’ve noticed is some items show up in the website but not on the app, and that the app is not great at updating listings when certain sizes get sold out (and thus crashes when you try to purchase something that is in reality sold out). Again I love their clothes, but I think there are some technical issues that need more attention

Quality and sizing
I love the quality of the clothes they may be abit more expensive than other places but omg I’ve had the same pair of dungarees for 2 years and there still going,I love how the sizes are inclusive for everyone I just love the brand as a whole<3
Notifications barely work
App confusing to use and find what you’re after and “Notify Me” hasn’t worked since launched. When asked about it they said they knew but what can you do? Notifications do work but only to promote their social media or remind you that you have out of stock items in your wish list that you should buy.

Fairly Easy To Use
The app is fairly to use, my only complaint is that when they do restock the items that you want, they don’t notify you, so it feels like i have to check the app more often than i’d prefer.
Everything is Wonderful
I enjoy all of my Lucy&Yak clothing. Unique designs, super comfortable, and sustainably made. I’m 65 and love that I may wear fun clothing!
