Lucy and Yak makes the absolute best and most comfortable hoodies ever. Thank goodness they brought them back into stock before fall! I also love their Bowie jumpsuit (so cute!) and their dungarees. Really just a fantastic company with great values, inclusive sizes, and cute clothes! 10 out of 10, they’re my go to!

I’ve only recently found Lucy & Yak and quite honestly feel like I’ve found myself! I’ll be 50 this year and I’ve spent my life trying to find “my style”…..I’m home at last! Not only that I’m also starting a new job next week for the NHS and have discovered I can get a discount! I can’t get much better!

Fabulous clothing
Love Lucy and Yak. Having had breast cancer with all its complications and side effects like weight gain I find these are the perfect clothes for me. The looseness of the dungas and the elasticated waist on the Allison jeans I've found my perfect fit.
Pretty but buggy
Easy to find things etc and get info, but ultimately a very buggy app that has errored a lot during checkout phase. Often crashes as I browse as well, which puts me off using it. Wish I’d just used the website, as it’s crashing stopped me getting my hands on what I wanted in the sale.
A great start, could use some work
I love Lucy and Yak and I’m excited to see the exclusive products that they’ve said will be available only in-app, however about half the time when I try to open the app, it just is stuck on the loading screen of the model in the green jumpsuit and the app never loads. On the time when it does load, the UI is pretty easy except one thing I’ve noticed is when you’re looking at your order history, if you try to open the tracking for an order, it won’t open in app. You have to hold down on the link to open it in your separate browser app. Would be better UX to be able to view your tracking in-app.

The app is so easy to navigate and beautifully designed!
Everything you will need to know about an order is there eg tracking, wish lists and notifications if you are waiting for an item to drop/ come in stock.
Super helpful to have everything in one place when you are making a purchase and with it being on the app it just adds an extra sense of security and trust in the brand!
I personally have made many purchases with Lucy and yak and they are always reliable and have very accurate delivery times!

Lucy & Yak have an app!!!! 😍
It feels only right that Lucy & Yak’s app is as fun, colourful and inclusive as their brand! The app has great navigation and the images really pop on my iPhone! I love the ‘favourite’ option, meaning I can go back later and see my wish list and also the easy notifications for back in stock!!! 10/10 ❤️

I’m always apprehensive about downloading another app but as I buy so many Yaks it only made sense to get this one too! Super easy to use, not too many notifications but the ones I do get are worth it… 💝 Thanks for changing my mind about branded apps Lucy & Yak!
