If you are like me and struggle to get organised to find time for a regular yoga practice, this app is perfect. It has everything you need to get started and advance your practice. There’s new content added regularly and even live clan classes you can join. But the best part is you can search by time and find a class to fill whatever gap you have, so even if that’s only 10 minutes you can get on your mat and enjoy the benefits. I’ve been using Finlay’s content on YouTube and other platforms for years - ever since seeing those now famous ‘kilted-yoga’ vids on Social Media; I came for the giggle, and stayed for the self-empowering inclusivity.

Great app
Have practiced yoga for many years and am still learning. I particularly enjoy the free Clan class on a Thursday evening. Finlay is a fantastic teacher with a great sense of humour. Yoga is great for fitness and also your well being.CaroleSki
