Reduce 5 advert daily challenge till you can support bit properly
The adverts don’t always reward you or register in the daily task. They force shut the app sometimes or it’s just and endless black screen till you force shut it and reload. Makes getting the daily challenges frustrating to complete.

This app doesn’t work on my iPad I have uninstalled it four times now and it still will not open I’m fully up to date this game just won’t work

I’ve been playing this for a while now and since the last few updates, it’s become absolute rubbish. Continues to ask to choose between local and online data (nothing has changed on my end) and it won’t upload events. And the constant pop ups to spend real money have become more important to the developer than actual game play.

I love this game, I can play for hours without realizing how much time has gone by. The only thing I don’t like about it is when I need assistance from customer service they are very slow about replying, more than once I have paid for gems or a merge challenge without receiving what I paid for and it is a hassle getting customer service to help out

I usually like this game, but since the most recent update, every time I log in the game asks me to choose either online or local data, and won’t sync with my internet. It also won’t download the events that are currently running.
